TFDesign Jersey Manufacture division is a modern project that exists to satisfy all the demands coming from the most important world wide known clothing brand leaders.

TFDesign Textile is a highly specialized jersey manufacturer with an availability of over 320 knitting machines starting from 4 to 40 gauge. Types of knitting circular machineries are: FRENCH TERRY, FLEECE, LOOPBACK , ALL KINDS OF RIBS , JACQUARDS , INTERLOCK , PIQUE , SINGLE JERSEY , DOUBLE , LINKS.

TFDesign fabrics are usually produced with the following yarns: RECYCLED POLYESTER, VISCOSE , MODAL , LYONCELL , TENCELL , ORGANIC COTTON , LINEN , POLYAMIDE , POLYESTER , WOOL , ACRYLIC ,RAYLON , CHENILLE, also in blends with and without LYCRA.

TFDesign develop fabrics using the latest yarns to create PREMIUM APPAREL, ORGANIC AND ECO – FRIENDLY options for suitable brands with custom colors and dyes and finishing.

TFDesign’s knit fabrics are addressed to the following products: SPORTSWEAR, OUTDOOR , SWIMWEAR, CASUAL , LINGERIE , T.SHIRTS , JACKETS , LADIES TOPS , SUITS , DRESSES AND SWEATERS .

TFDesign also prints on fabrics in different methods : DIGITAL, ROTATION MAX 12 COLORS 200 cm, SCREEN PRINTING , HEAT TRANSFER , REACTIVE , PIGMENT , DISPERS AND DIGITAL SUBLIMATION.

TFD products are all produced with OEKO-TEX certification.

TFD Tekstil is aware of its social responsibility in the development of a healthy and sustainable environment. The products produced by TFD fullfill entirely all the specifications of organic textile standards and/or recycled standards. Materials used in the fabrics of TFD are organic natural fibers and recycled materials.

With four seasonal collections per year and more than 10 new qualities every week, TFDesign keeps all his customers updated and on the track with the new trends. Furthermore the R&D Department develops samples that are coming from the customers demands. The department Works close with the customer designers to create qualities according to their rquests. TFDesign is always in contact with the most important yarn companies in Turkey and in Italy.

The designer of TFDesign is an Italian and very experienced in textile sector.
